Seasonal Tax Preparer
(Remote / Seasonal)
Type: 1099 Contractor
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Season: January–April (with extension opportunities)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare federal & state individual tax returns (Form 1040 + schedules)
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Upload/verify required documents using our secure portals
- Follow all compliance rules under IRS Circular 230
- Maintain confidentiality & proper documentation
Requirements: - Active PTIN (required)
- Experience with OLT Pro, TaxSlayer, or similar systems (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass identity verification
- High-speed internet
Must adhere to data-security and privacy rules
Business Tax Specialist (Schedule C, Partnerships, S-Corps)
Type: 1099 Contractor
Location: Remote (U.S)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare business returns
- Review bookkeeping for accuracy
- Advise clients on compliance & deductions
- Work within IRS standards for due diligence
Requirements:
- PTIN required
- Experience with business filings (1120-S, 1065, Schedule C)
- Strong understanding of small-business tax law
Administrative Support / Intake Coordinator
Type: Part-Time or Seasonal
Responsibilities:
- Client onboarding
- Appointment management
- Documentation review
- Customer service
Requirements:
- Professional communication
- Tech-friendly
Must complete confidentiality training
